  Both expert witnessing and project specific testimony can be provided in those cases where the client has made a decision to seek retribution for environmental hazards or seek to defend against environmental related claims through the court system. In such instances, we work directly with the client and/or its retained legal counsel to compile all pertinent documentation as may be required, and to provide expert testimony directly related to our findings and conclusions developed in the course of our overall scope of work and experience on the assignment.

The principal of EnHealth has had direct experience with expert testimony for environmental litigation cases. In a case of UNR Industries, an asbestos manufacturer of pipe insulation, vs. the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, James S. Litrides, MS, CIH, provided expert testimony for the Department of the Attorney General.

James S. Litrides was also involved with the largest asbestos litigation case in the country in 1993. Mr. Litrides was retained by a law firm representing Owens-Corning Fiberglass vs. 9,000 Plaintiffs for asbestos related claims in the Baltimore area.
